Norwegian gothic/prog metallers Green Carnation have premiered (via Loudersound) their new single “Leaves of Yesteryear” (watch it below).
The track appears on the act’s new album of the same name, which drops on May 8th through Season of Mist (pre-order). The upcoming effort marks the band’s first new music in 14 years!
Founding member and guitarist Tchort (ex-EMPEROR) comments: “We are super-excited to finally release new music and our first-time-ever music video. Costin [Chioreanu] did a great job to interpret the moods and lyrics of the song. We think the viewers will find new meanings in the visual side of the song and discover new elements for each time they see it. Enjoy!”
