Hatebreed have released their new single “Decisions Become Destinies,” accompanied by an official music video. The track arrives ahead of the band’s ninth studio album, Fatal Paradox, due November 6 via BLKIIBLK Records.
The song is the latest preview of the Connecticut hardcore band’s first studio album since 2020’s Weight of the False Self.
“On the cusp of the new Hatebreed album, Fatal Paradox, coming out, we’re excited to drop one of the most personal songs on the album, ‘Decisions Become Destinies,'” the band said in a statement. “It sums up where HATEBREED is as we’re about to come back hard for this next chapter!”
Fatal Paradox was recorded with longtime collaborator Zeuss, who has previously worked with Rob Zombie, Accept and Shadows Fall. The 11-track album also features a guest appearance from Obituary vocalist John Tardy on “Sacrifice Season.”
The record includes previously revealed songs “Kill Count Increase” and “Total Invincible,” along with tracks such as “The Carrion Choir,” “Truth Is A Lion” and the title track.
Hatebreed are currently touring Europe and have also announced a series of stadium performances supporting Slipknot in 2027. The dates include a July 3 appearance at London’s Wembley Stadium, followed by four South American shows in September.
