Kataklysm postpone first-ever Dubai show due to Middle East conflict

Canadian death metal band Kataklysm have announced that their first-ever show in Dubai has been postponed due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

The band was scheduled to perform in Dubai on September 18, but the show has now been pushed back to 2027.

Kataklysm shared the news on social media, saying: “Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, we are forced to postpone KATAKLYSM’s first appearance in Dubai.”

The band also thanked the show’s promoters for being “excellent and accommodating in every way possible” and apologized to fans affected by the postponement.

Kataklysm recently wrapped up a North American tour with Six Feet Under and Wormhole, including a stop at New York City’s Gramercy Theatre on July 14. Check out our photo gallery from Kataklysm’s NYC show here.

Kataklysm say they will make their Dubai debut in 2027, with further details to be announced.
