Belgian grindcore band Leng Tch’e have released “Hammered Into Collapse,” their first new song since 2017.
The track serves as the first taste of the band’s upcoming two-song EP, Hammered Into Collapse, which arrives digitally on October 23 via Season of Mist. The EP also features a second new track, “Voided.”
“Hammered Into Collapse” was recorded at Hearse Studio with engineer Lander Cluyse, mixed by Taylor Young at The Pit Recording Studio and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege.
The new material marks Leng Tch’e’s first since their 2017 album Razorgrind, ending a nearly nine-year gap between releases. The band’s current lineup consists of vocalist Serge Kasongo, guitarist Jan Hallaert, drummer Olivier Coppens and bassist/backing vocalist Nicolas Malfeyt.
