Megadeth have announced the European and UK leg of their ongoing farewell trek, “Breakout: Hibernation of the Nations,” set to take place in March and April 2027.
The 24-date arena tour kicks off March 9 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and wraps up April 13 in Lisbon, Portugal. Joining Megadeth for the entire run are Black Label Society and Testament, making for one of the biggest metal touring packages of 2027.
The newly announced dates are part of Megadeth’s multi-year global farewell tour.
Dave Mustaine said: “This isn’t about saying goodbye. It’s about celebrating everything we’ve built together over the last four decades. Every city has its own story, every crowd has given us unforgettable memories, and we want to come back to celebrate that with the fans who made it all possible.”
He added: “When we started talking about this tour, we wanted it to be a true celebration of metal. Black Label Society and Testament are bands we have tremendous respect for, and having them join us makes these shows even more special. This lineup represents decades of heavy music, and it’s going to be an incredible night for the fans.”
Megadeth Cyber Army members will receive early access to ticket and VIP package presales beginning August 4 at 10 a.m. local time. VIP experiences will include meet-and-greet upgrades, full-band photo opportunities, and select early entry packages.
