West coast alt rockers P.O.D. have been forced to cancel their planned 2021 European tour due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
An official statement from the band reads as follows:
Family –
There is so much optimism in the world today that soon well all see each other again at a P.O.D. Concert. We can’t begin to tell you how much we miss playing our music and sharing our songs with you.
Unfortunately, given a number of factors, including local safety guidelines, travel restrictions, and festival cancellations, we must also do what is necessary and announce that we are cancelling the circles european tour.
We’ve been assured that you will receive a full refund at your original point of purchase.
The band has been using the downtime on so many projects and we know that we’ll all be together again soon.
