Pennywise wrapped up their fall Eastern North American tour with a two-night stand in New York City, performing at Irving Plaza on October 4 following a show at Warsaw in Brooklyn the previous night.
Both NYC dates featured support from H2O, The Dopamines and DFL, with all four bands taking the stage at Irving Plaza for the final night of the run.
Pennywise’s Irving Plaza set pulled from throughout the band’s catalog, including “Peaceful Day,” “My Own Country,” “Same Old Story,” “The World,” “Society” and “Fuck Authority.” The Hermosa Beach punk veterans also worked covers of Minor Threat’s “Minor Threat,” NOFX’s “Bob” and Ben E. King’s “Stand by Me” into the set.
The night concluded with “Bro Hymn,” with members of H2O, The Dopamines and DFL joining Pennywise for the tour-closing song.
The fall trek kicked off September 22 in Detroit and featured a rotating lineup of support acts including Circle Jerks, H2O, Murphy’s Law, Angel Du$t, The Dopamines and DFL.
