German metalcore band Rising Insane have released their new single, “Escalation,” along with an accompanying music video.
The track was originally recorded during the sessions for the band’s latest album, Deathrace, but is being released as a standalone single.
“‘Escalation’ is an ode to the metal scene—to every fan, promoter, festival, and band that keeps this community alive,” the band said. “The song captures the powerful emotions that rise within us when we come together at concerts and become part of something bigger.”
The group added that the song celebrates the sense of unity and belonging within the metal community, particularly the shared energy of live performances.
Deathrace features guest appearances from Matt Flood of Caskets on “Good Enough,” Steven Jones of Bleed From Within on “Error,” as well as contributions from ACCVSED and David Schneider of The Butcher Sisters.
