‘The Talk’ show host and wife + manager of Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon Osbourne has revealed via social media that she has tested positive for COVID-19 and, after a short time in the hospital, is currently recovering from the infectious disease caused by coronavirus.
“I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for Covid 19,” Sharon stated earlier this evening. “After a brief hospitalization, I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while “The Talk” is on scheduled hiatus. Everyone please stay safe and healthy.”
As Deadline points out, this news comes less than a week after Sharon’s fellow ‘The Talk’ show host and ‘Dancing with the Stars’ judge Carrie Ann Inaba announced that she had also tested positive for coronavirus.
As Blabbermouth notes, Sharon and Ozzy’s granddaughters, Andy Rose (age 5) and Minnie (age 3), had been infected with the novel coronavirus just a few months back.
Going by a Twitter post by Ozzy earlier today, The Prince of Darkness seems to be currently staying safe at home with his daughter Kelly Osbourne and his ‘Ozzy Speaks’ SiriusXM co-host and rock vet Billy Morrison.
Get better soon, Sharon.
