Silvertomb have released their new single “Graves In The Sky,” taken from the band’s forthcoming studio album, The Interpretation of Nightmares.
The track arrives alongside an official music video and follows the previously released “No Way To Live.” The Interpretation of Nightmares is set for release November 13 through Steamhammer/SPV.
Guitarist and vocalist Kenny Hickey explained that “Graves In The Sky” began with acoustic guitar and piano, leading the band toward a different approach to the song.
“‘Graves in the Sky’ was a piece that was written from acoustic guitar and piano — a different creative approach for the band that yielded a new texture for the music, blending acoustic guitar, strings, and distorted guitar along with piano,” Hickey said.
“I felt I was coming close to death at the time of writing this song and the lyrics deal with that reality!”
The Interpretation of Nightmares will feature eight tracks and will be available digitally as well as on CD and vinyl.
