Stick To Your Guns are asking fans to support a family member of guitarist Josh James who is currently on life support after being brutally attacked outside his apartment.
According to a GoFundMe launched for Paul Ward, he was beaten and left unconscious outside his apartment before being rushed to Memorial Hermann in Houston, where he is receiving critical care in the ICU.
The fundraiser states that Ward is currently on life support and faces a long recovery that is expected to include extensive medical treatment and rehabilitation.
Stick To Your Guns shared the fundraiser on social media, writing:
“A family member of Josh’s was brutally attacked and now in the ICU. Please donate if you can. Every penny helps. If you can’t donate, then please share. Thank you so much.”
According to the GoFundMe, Ward does not have medical insurance. Funds raised will go toward hospital and medical bills, rehabilitation, transportation, living expenses and other costs associated with his recovery.
