The Devil Wears Prada & Fit for a King bring their ‘Metalcore Dropouts Tour’ to NYC (photos)

The Devil Wears Prada and Fit for a King are currently concluding their North American ‘Metalcore Dropouts Tour,’ which kicked off last month on the west coast. Featuring support from Counterparts and LANDMVRKS, the trek landed in New York City at the Palladium Times Square on September 29th.

The Devil Wears Prada closed out the evening with a powerful 13-song set, featuring a variety of tracks from their latest album, ‘Color Decay.’ Their performance highlighted impactful songs like “Exhibition,” “Watchtower,” and “Sacrifice,” resonating throughout the NYC venue.

The Devil Wears Prada’s setlist also included the band performing songs from their albums ‘With Roots Above and Branches Below,’ ‘The Act,’ and ‘Plagues,’ as well as a track from their ‘Zombie’ EP. The band also added their new collaboration with Excision and Wooli, “Reasons,” to the setlist for good measure.

Fit for a King delivered a formidable 13-song set of their own, featuring a well-balanced mix of hits from their last five albums. The Texas rippers delivered crowd-rousing songs such as “Breaking the Mirror,” “Pissed Off,” “The Price of Agony,” and “When Everything Means Nothing.”
