NYC Rockers The Shrieks have just released a video for the title track of their upcoming album Ode to Joe. The album is set to be released next month. ‘Ode to Joe’ has a fitting video and overarching theme for an era where medical drama has taken over the world. The clip is a gripping compliment to the track and a reminder that things may be more fragile than we care to admit – speaking to the state of our global minds.

The band commented:
“What is wrong with humanity nowadays we all ask? The abominable way we treated psychological “disorders” might be a way for us to start learning how not to be. My greatest late best friend Joe worked as a care giver in a “Hospital”.
He loved his patients, and knew that when his favorite friend there acted out it wasn’t him, it was something else, undefinable. His name was Kessler. Joe would tell me how painful it was to restrain him when Kessler would act out. I asked William Semeraro to make a video that is tough as hell, and he delivered. Thank you William.”
