Walls of Jericho share new single “True Til’ Death” ahead of comeback album

Walls of Jericho have released their new single “True Til’ Death,” the latest preview of their upcoming album, System Error: Humanity, arriving November 13 via Napalm Records.

The track follows previously released singles “The Ascent” and “Agency” and arrives alongside an official music video.

“‘True Til’ Death’ is about facing the inner turmoil that once served you as a way to survive, and learning to turn it into fuel,” vocalist Candace Buckingham explained. “It’s choosing positive aggression over hopelessness, using that pain to keep fighting. Musically, it hits with heavy breakdowns and straightforward, driving hardcore riffs that carry that fight forward.”

System Error: Humanity marks the Detroit metalcore band’s first new album in a decade. The 15-track effort was produced by Converge guitarist Kurt Ballou and features guest appearances from Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe on “Broken Mouths Can’t Speak,” The Red Chord’s Guy Kozowyk on “Humanity,” and Patsy Puopolo and Matthew Ruby on “A Brighter Fire.”

The record addresses themes of personal struggle, self-determination and social issues, with songs including “Agency,” “Borrowed Ground” and “Last Judgement” focusing on reclaiming control and standing up for human rights.

The album will be available digitally, on CD and in several vinyl configurations.

Walls of Jericho will also head overseas in November for a series of European shows, including an appearance at Damnation Festival in Manchester, UK. Waves Like Walls will provide support on select dates.
