Gregory “Tiny” Kennedy, vocalist known for his work with Wasteform, Straight Jacket, Facecast, Disciples of Berkowitz and several other bands, has reportedly died.
News of Kennedy’s passing began circulating through social media, with multiple posts from members of the metal and hardcore community paying tribute to the longtime vocalist.
Kennedy was a longtime fixture of the Albany, NY metal and hardcore scene. He fronted Straight Jacket before going on to become a founding member and vocalist of Wasteform, appearing on releases including Crushing the Reviled, Ignorance Through Sovereignty and Designed by Disgust. His other credits included Disciples of Berkowitz, Facecast, The Killing Condition, The Broken, Goatmass and more.
A cause of death has not been announced. Rest in peace, Greg.
