New York City-based rockers We Are Scientists have announced a 2022 North American tour in support of their new album titled ‘Huffy’ — see all confirmed dates below.
A presser says, “For the entirety of 2021 indie-rock vets We Are Scientists have been accelerating rapidly, reaching ludicrous speed with their critically acclaimed new LP Huffy released on October 8th. But on their way into the new year the band has no intentions of slowing down. They’ve cut the brakes and are rocketing towards their highly anticipated North American Come On Get Huffy Tour. The tour starts February 1, 2022 in Cambridge, MA and sees the band traveling across the US and Canada for 21 dates, ending March 3rd in Philadelphia, PA.”
Regarding the fresh LP, they add, “Huffy, which follows 2018’s Megaplex and the enormously successful “50th anniversary” reissue of With Love And Squalor, is shaping up to be one of the band’s most renowned albums, receiving rave reviews of their high octane, guitar-driven bangers including “Handshake Agreement,” “Contact High,” “Fault Lines,” and “I Cut My Own Hair” while grabbing the attention of sites like Brooklyn Vegan, NME, and FLOOD.”
