Quebec duo Angine de Poitrine are set to begin their first-ever U.S. tour tonight, August 12, with a sold-out two-night stand at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO.
The tour follows the duo’s U.S. live debut at last month’s Newport Jazz Festival and is already sold out across every date, with multiple shows added in several cities due to demand.
The U.S. run includes stops at Los Angeles’ Teragram Ballroom, New York City’s Le Poisson Rouge, Washington, D.C.’s The Atlantis and Lincoln Theatre, Brooklyn Bowl, Chicago’s The Salt Shed, Minneapolis’ First Avenue, The Wiltern in Los Angeles, and multiple venues in Portland and Seattle.
The band will also be joined by a rotating lineup of Quebec artists throughout the tour, including Population II, Annie-Claude Deschênes, zouz and René Lussier.
Angine de Poitrine’s busy 2026 schedule also includes festival appearances at King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard’s Field of Vision II, the KEXP BBQ, Otis Mountain Get Down, Levitation, Riot Fest and Iron Blossom Festival.
The tour comes in support of the duo’s second album, Vol. II, which was released earlier this year alongside the U.S. physical release of Vol. I. The two albums blend acid techno, disco and rock with the band’s distinctive use of microtonal guitar.
Angine de Poitrine’s 2026 tour continues through December, with dates across North America, Europe and the UK.
