Butcher Babies have released a music video for “Leaving California,” the latest single from their forthcoming album, Nightbloom.
The song initially arrived in late August, following “Blame It on the Wind” as another preview of the band’s new record. Nightbloom is set for release October 2 through Judge & Jury Records.
Produced by Howard Benson, with Joe Rickard, Neil Sanderson and Henry Flury serving as co-producers, Nightbloom finds vocalist Heidi Shepherd drawing from personal experiences involving heartbreak, loss and betrayal.
“This new album isn’t about the suffering, it’s about the survival,” Shepherd previously said.
Butcher Babies have been supporting the record on the road in recent weeks, including dates with Chad Gray and an appearance at Louder Than Life in Louisville.
