Alternative rock/metal favorites Deftones have once again hooked-up with California-based craft brewers Belching Beaver for another beer collaboration. If you recall, the band released their ‘White Pony’ IPA beer last summer. This time around the act are getting ready to drop a pale ale named after their latest full-length offering, ‘Ohms.’
Deftones say:
Announcing our latest Deftones x Belching Beaver collaboration, and the newest member of our collection: Ohms Pale Ale. This new recipe blends citrus notes with lemon peel and light pine, providing a more nuanced and complex flavor than your standard pale ale. 16oz. 4-packs will be available on February 1 for a limited time in select U.S. cities. More details, including nearest distributor locations, can be found at belchingbeaver.com upon its release.
Belching Beaver add:
Super stoked to announce our partnership with Deftones is 5 years strong and our newest release coming out is “Ohms Pale Ale”.
The first thing you’ll notice is the bright, citrusy aromas coming off of this generously dry-hopped pale ale. There’s plenty of lemon peel, grapefruit, and pineapple aromas with a blend of some light pine to give a more nuanced and complex tableau that isn’t found in a lot of pale ales. The finish is nice, light, and very refreshing. Hands down, one of the best thirst-quenching and flavorful beers we’ve ever brewed for you all. Don’t resist your curiosity and pick up this amazing Deftones collaboration! 5.5% ABV.
Make sure to catch us this Thursday on Instagram live for more details.
US Availability: AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, NE, NV, MN, OR, WA, WI
Our 4 locations will be releasing Ohms Pale Ale on Friday January 29th.
