Share the post "Iron Maiden confirm final North American ‘Run For Your Lives’ tour dates for 2027"
Iron Maiden have announced a return to North America in spring 2027 for the third and final leg of their “Run For Your Lives” world tour, adding 16 shows across the United States and Canada.
The newly announced dates follow the band’s recently completed North American run and will focus primarily on markets not included in the previous leg. The tour kicks off April 14 in Tacoma, Washington, and concludes with headlining appearances at Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio, on May 14 and Boardwalk Rock in Ocean City, Maryland, on May 16.
Bullet for My Valentine and The Raven Age will join Iron Maiden as special guests on the tour.
Bassist Steve Harris explained that the band originally planned to take a break from touring in 2027 but reconsidered following the response to their recent shows.
“As many of our fans know, Maiden were planning on taking a break from live performances in 2027, but we’ve been enjoying this last leg in the USA and Canada so much that we all had a chat and decided we should take the show to parts we missed, particularly the North West and South East,” Harris said.
“It just seems fair to our many fans there who have given us tremendous support for so many years. We can’t get everywhere but we can try!”
Manager Rod Smallwood also reflected on the band’s recent North American performances, which included some of their largest shows in the region.
“The first leg was terrific, huge sell-out crowds of all ages spanning multi-generations, some of the biggest shows we have ever played in North America with rave fan and media reactions, and just a great all round vibe and camaraderie from our fans,” Smallwood said.
He also confirmed that the band’s Eddie’s Dive Bars will return for the upcoming dates.
The 2027 performances will officially conclude the “Run For Your Lives” tour, which celebrates Iron Maiden’s 50th anniversary. By its conclusion, the trek is expected to have included 107 shows across 36 countries, reaching more than three million fans.
Bullet for My Valentine will return to North America following their 2025 co-headlining tour with Trivium. The band is also preparing to release its new album Social Apocalypse on March 19, 2027. The Raven Age previously supported Iron Maiden on several South and Central American dates.
Artist presales begin Monday, October 19, at 10 a.m. local time, with additional presales scheduled throughout the week. General ticket sales begin Friday, October 23, at 10 a.m. local time. Festival ticket information will be available through the respective event websites.
