Matchbox Twenty have announced their 30th Anniversary Tour, a 52-date North American trek celebrating three decades of the band’s career.
The tour kicks off May 15, 2027, in Birmingham, Alabama, and runs through August 12 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with stops at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Hollywood Bowl, Toronto’s RBC Amphitheatre and other venues across the U.S. and Canada.
The All-American Rejects, The Wallflowers, David Gray, O.A.R., Matt Nathanson and The Lucky will provide support on select dates.
The announcement follows an intimate performance at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, where Matchbox Twenty celebrated their 1996 debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You, by performing songs from the record alongside other fan favorites. The band are also scheduled to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on October 14.
Released 30 years ago, Yourself or Someone Like You features the singles “Push,” “3AM,” “Real World,” “Back 2 Good” and “Long Day.” The diamond-certified album helped launch a career that has since produced hits including “Bent,” “If You’re Gone,” “Unwell” and “How Far We’ve Come.”
Ahead of the anniversary tour, Matchbox Twenty will perform at Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, on April 25, 2027.
Artist presales begin October 20 at 5 PM local time, with additional presales taking place throughout the week. General ticket sales start Friday, October 23, at 10 AM local time through https://www.matchboxtwenty.com/.
