Several more tracks from the upcoming tribute album Sending Hearts To All My Dearies – A Tribute To The Smashing Pumpkins have now been released ahead of the compilation’s August 14 digital debut (pre-order).
The latest previews include Des Rocs’ take on “Bullet With Butterfly Wings,” Between the Buried and Me’s version of “Jellybelly,” and Yonaka’s cover of “Today.” The newly released songs follow the album’s lead single, Tame Impala’s rendition of “Hummer.”
Announced by Sumerian Records, Sending Hearts To All My Dearies was personally titled and approved by Billy Corgan and features artists from across the rock, metal, alternative and electronic worlds covering songs from The Smashing Pumpkins’ catalog.
