Saint Vitus is preparing to reopen its doors at a new home in Brooklyn, with a packed schedule of concerts already lined up through the end of 2026.
The beloved New York City metal venue will reopen at 428 Troutman Street in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, beginning with a grand reopening show featuring Anthrax on September 4.
As previously reported, Anthrax will help christen the new Saint Vitus with an intimate performance that the band plans to film in its entirety. The thrash metal veterans previously performed two intimate shows at the original Saint Vitus location in 2016.
The reopening is only the beginning of a busy fall for Saint Vitus. The venue has already lined up dozens of shows spanning metal, hardcore, punk, industrial and more, including appearances from Converge, Terror, Immolation, Rivers of Nihil, All Shall Perish, Carnifex, Incendiary, Overkill, YOB, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Blackbraid, Forbidden, Torche, Ho99o9, Pig Destroyer and many others.
