Connecticut metalcore band Currents have announced a 2027 North American headlining tour in support of their upcoming album, Our Fates Lie in Tandem, due February 12 via Rise Records.
The month-long trek kicks off February 19 in Boston, MA, and runs through March 21 in Wallingford, CT, with stops in Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Philadelphia and more.
Vana and Dreamwake will support all dates, while Vanna will appear on the first three shows, February 19-21. Stick To Your Guns will join the tour from February 22 through March 21.
Tickets go on sale Friday, November 6, at 10 a.m. local time, with an artist presale currently underway.
The tour announcement follows the recent reveal of Our Fates Lie in Tandem, the band’s first full-length album since 2023’s The Death We Seek. Currents also shared the album’s lead single, “Retributioner,” alongside a music video directed by Chris Klumpp and Errick Easterday.
Discussing the upcoming record, vocalist Brian Wille said: “I brought the wall down, so I could be more personal than ever before. Our Fates Lie in Tandem is not heavy for the sake of being heavy either.”
The 11-track album was produced by guitarist Chris Wiseman, with additional production from Ricky Armellino and mixing by Jon Dolese.
Currents are currently touring Europe and the UK, with performances scheduled through November 23 in Munich, Germany.
