System of a Down announce 2027 Rose Bowl show with Pierce The Veil

System of a Down have announced a headlining performance at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California, on June 5, 2027, with special guests Pierce The Veil. The concert will mark the band’s first-ever appearance at the venue and their only North American show of 2027.

The announcement follows a series of mysterious projections spotted across Los Angeles over the weekend, featuring the band’s logo alongside the year “2027.” The displays, which appeared near the Capitol Records building, downtown Los Angeles and other locations, sparked speculation among fans that a major concert announcement was imminent, with some correctly predicting a Rose Bowl performance.

The upcoming show follows System of a Down’s recent sold-out European and UK stadium tour, which included multiple performances in Paris, London and Warsaw.

The band also recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of their 2001 album Toxicity with a week-long exhibition at Beyond The Streets in Los Angeles. The event featured rare memorabilia, artwork and other artifacts from the album’s era.

Tickets for the Rose Bowl concert will first be available through an artist presale beginning Friday, October 23, at 10 AM PT. Fans must register by Wednesday, October 21, at 9 PM PT to participate. No presale code is required.

The general public onsale begins Monday, October 26, at 10 AM PT through Ticketmaster.

The Pasadena performance joins System of a Down’s previously announced 2027 stadium dates in Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

System of a Down’s upcoming 2027 tour dates:
January 15 – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Maracanã Stadium
January 22 – Sydney Olympic Park, Australia – Accor Stadium
January 27 – Melbourne, Australia – Marvel Stadium
February 1 – Brisbane, Australia – Suncorp Stadium
February 7 – Wellington, New Zealand – Hnry Stadium
